Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Product must be in original condition with swing tags in place.
Proof of purchase and / or receipt will be required .
Refunds will be accepted for faulty product .
Please Note for Afterpay Customers there will be a 6% restocking fee.
Process for Returns
Our returns process is simple. Providing the item meets with the policy above, please send us an email to email@example.com or Phone (07) 5598 2002 and express the reason for your return or exchange. We will then reply with the outcome and if successful, will authorise the return/exchange and process the request.
Please ensure that the returned goods are received by us within the appropriate time frame either via express post or courier. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for return of faulty goods. We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged during transit.

AUSTRALIA: All orders placed by 3.30pm (AEST) will be processed and once payment has been verified will be shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next business working day. Your much awaited order should arrive within 5 working days max!!
WORLDWIDE: Depends on Location - PAYPAL funds will need to be cleared before any goods are sent :).
